B2B 3D printing

3D Printing Services For business

Quotes, invoices, scalable production, and manufacturing support for businesses that need reliable 3D printed parts.

We can operate as your manufacturing partner: from quote generation and invoice generation to production, quality control, and tracked worldwide delivery from the European region.

What is B2B 3D printing manufacturing?

B2B 3D printing is a manufacturing service where a business orders custom plastic parts produced from CAD files instead of stocking them or commissioning injection moulding tooling. ICONFORM operates as a B2B 3D printing manufacturing partner: we issue quotes against your STL or STEP files, generate invoices, document the manufacturing relationship, run industrial FDM and resin printers in the European region, and ship internationally with tracked carriers. Typical B2B use cases include recurring spare parts, jigs and fixtures, end-of-line tooling, low-volume product runs, and white-label fulfilment. The 3D Printing API is available on request for procurement, ERP, and quoting workflow integrations. We offer bulk discounts for larger or recurring orders.

  2. 02

Customize all settings with realtime pricing, receive quotation

Choose material, color, quantity, infill, layer height, and support settings while realtime pricing updates the order, then receive a quotation.

  3. 03

Complete payment by any payment type

Complete payment by any payment type, including direct bank transfer, or online checkout.

  4. 04

How we keep B2B quality consistent

Every B2B order goes through the same controlled process — from automated geometry check to per-part inspection.

  1. 01

    Automated geometry check

Each uploaded file is analyzed for wall thickness, manifold integrity, and printability against the configured material before we accept the order.

  2. 02

    Manual expert review

A production engineer reviews part orientation, supports, and infill strategy before slicing — flagging any geometry that needs a design call.

  3. 03

    Industrial print + monitoring

Calibrated printers in temperature-controlled rooms. Failed prints are caught early; we re-run at no cost when our process is the cause.

  4. 04

    Per-part inspection

Every piece is dimensionally checked against the order configuration before packing. Photo records on request for audit trails.

B2B frequently asked questions

How does the 3D Printing API work?
The B2B API exposes quote, order, and status endpoints so your procurement system or storefront can request prices and submit production orders programmatically. Access is granted by request after the first invoiced order.
Do you offer NET 30 or other payment terms?
NET 14 and NET 30 are available for recurring B2B customers after a credit check. First-time orders are typically paid before production. Terms are confirmed in writing per account.
What is the minimum volume for bulk discounts?
Bulk discounts start at 5 units and scale up to 50% at 500+ units. Final pricing depends on geometry, material, finishing, and delivery requirements.
Can you sign an NDA before we share files?
Yes. Mutual NDAs are standard for B2B projects. Send your template or request ours; we typically counter-sign within one business day. Files are confidential by default under the Terms of Service even without an NDA.
From which countries can you issue invoices?
Invoices are issued by ICONBENCH LTD, a UK private limited company (number 16434789). We confirm billing details and delivery terms per account.
Which 3D printing technologies do you offer for B2B?
Industrial FDM with engineering plastics (PLA, PETG, ABS, PA/nylon) for functional parts, jigs, fixtures, and short-run production up to a few hundred units per SKU. Material and process recommendations are part of every quote.
